Housing Wanted in Troy, Ohio

We are a non-smoking, drama-free family of 3 looking to rent a house in TROY. Would also consider land contract/rent-to-own. Must be allowed to have pets, as we have one fixed & declawed indoor cat & one fixed & housebroken small dog (a pug). Every time we think we have a place lined up, it gets snatched up out from under us! If you have or know of a house (or large townhouse) in TROY in the $600-$650 range, please contact asap!
